Rating: ***

I received a copy of A Travel Guide To Murder in exchange for an honest review. Within pages I knew A Travel Guide To Murder was going to be my kind of read, and it didn't disappoint. Very well paced, if I found myself getting tired of a particular serial killer, another one was soon introduced which kept me on my toes and kept the plot progressing nicely. I'm not sure how I feel about Hank as a character, he came across quite haphazard and lots of the things he did happened by accident rather than intentionally. His relationship with his wife Cheryl was typical of that of a long-married couple, little irritations and sarcastic comments but the reader could tell the feelings were still between them.

Despite only giving this 3 stars (the 2 star loss was due to the haphazard feeling I got while reading) I would definitely read more by David Wright.
